Binu Prasad has over 25 years of experience in Human resource, Training, Shared Service, Business strategy etc. predominantly in the Hospitality Industry.

He picked up his strings of learning in HR and Training from Oberoi Hotels in India where he mastered the art of Training, management of HR and Industrial Relations.

He scaled his way up the ladder and exposed himself to managing projects, pre-opening hotels, restaurants, Hospital HR in his Career and have managed a work force of 100 to 2500 number of human contributors.

He has a strong understanding of Hotel Operations from Oberoi Hotels, Hyatt Ista Hotel Bangalore, Ananda In Himalayas, Vana Retreats in India and Elite Hospitality in Bahrain where he managed hotel HR both from Unit level as well as at Corporate Levels.

Binu’s journey into Corporate leadership flourished in UAE where he led the functions of HR, Training, Shared Services of Companies that were in to Hotels, Restaurants, Quick Service Restaurants, Clubs, Cafes, Lounges and Industrial catering. He likes to take up new challenges like managing Projects, Due diligence for new acquisitions, Audits and execution of legal matters related to business, IT and ERP executions for startups etc. are a few roles that he had taken willfully and shown his leadership capabilities.

Having exposed to larger scale operations, be it the number of hotels, F&B retails, Corporate Hospitality in India as well as in Middle East, he comes with cross cultural adaptability and understanding of multi-cultural workforce management.

A detail-oriented individual with excellent skills in communication, training, coaching, strategy development is what Binu is all about.
