About Our Course

The program is structured to offer the necessary theoretical knowledge, technical and practical skills to meet the aspirational needs of young students, who have a flair and passion for food innovations and who wish to launch their career as a chef, food & beverage managers at starred hotels and restaurants or to establish their own culinary concept. The curriculum offers a strong skilled based modules and management experience with all aspects of the culinary and hospitality industry.
