24+ years of hands-on experience in Culinary, Bakery and Pastry Arts in India and abroad with prominent Chefs has enabled Chef Rodwin to work with professional standards as expected by the Culinary Industry. He is known to be a Bakery and Pastry Professional with strong passion and sincerity towards his work. Constant learning and openness to new experiences has helped him a lot in his professional life.

Awards & Achievements

  • Appointed by FSSAI as a Food Safety Trainer from Oct. 2016 to Oct. 2018- He was part of the judging panel for All Goa Chef Award
  • Abstract of his paper was accepted by IUFoST  and was invited for the conference in 2018.
