With over 25 years of distinguished experience in 5-star resorts, 4-star hotels, and culinary institutes, Chef Syam Krishna Raj is a seasoned culinary professional dedicated to excellence. Holding a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and a Certificate of Specialization in Food & Beverage Management from the Education Institute of The American Hotel and Motel Association, Chef Raj brings a robust educational foundation to his role.

 

Chef Raj’s illustrious career includes serving as Executive Chef at Bogmallo Beach Resort in Goa and Corporate Chef at Palette Hotels, where he oversaw the daily operations and launched seven restaurants. His role as Senior Chef Instructor at ACE, Cidade de Goa, involved mentoring aspiring chefs, organizing food festivals, and crafting innovative menus. Additionally, his tenure at Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration in Mangalore allowed him to teach Food & Beverage Production while managing student training and placements.

 

Passionate about inspiring the next generation of chefs, Chef Raj’s extensive experience, creative flair, and commitment to culinary excellence make him a valuable mentor, guiding students to innovate and excel in their culinary careers.
