Ms. Sushma C. Lotliker completed her B.Com in 1995 and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations  in 2001.  She has around 20 years  of work experience in the field of Administration/HR at V. M. Salgaocar & Brothers Pvt. Ltd., Head Office, Vasco from 1999 till 2014. 

Post 2014, Ms. Sushma C. Lotliker has been working with V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education,  Manora, Raia, as Executive-Admin.  Her job description entails co-ordinating with external government agencies and providing administrative support to other departments like housekeeping and gardening.  Her overall experience has enabled her to multitask in a number of areas.
