Gauri Patil has worked as an Assistant lecturer with Guardian angel Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, then with the Institute of Hotel Management by NCHMT (Porvorim- Goa) for 3.5 years, after which she joined VMSIIHE.

Currently, she is teaching subjects of food & beverage service. She is responsible for organizing, wine study tours, banquets, theme nights, cultural nights and wine tasting.

She was selected to be a part of a panel member for paper corrections of B.Sc. students by the national council of Hotel Management in New Delhi.
