Armed with a B.Sc. in Hotel Management and a Diploma in Catering and Restaurant Management. She has carved a remarkable path in the world of food and education and internships and trainings under respected Celebrity pastry chefs from Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. Pastry is a field in which learning never stops and this is what fascinates her. After completing her apprenticeship for one year in Dona Sylvia Resort. She worked as a teacher for the CRM stream at Damodars Higher Secondary, Gudi-Paroda for two years. She has worked as a Lecturer at St. Anthony Institute of Food Service Management in 2020.
Later she joined Gesto Culinary and Hospitality Academy Margao, Goa, where she spent two years inspiring and shaping the future generation of culinary professionals through her dynamic skills.
Her passion for culinary arts extends beyond the classroom, as she demonstrated her remarkable talent as a Pastry Chef at Karma Resorts in Goa, for two fruitful years. She was appointed an examiner for Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management, Goa. Her delectable creations have earned her prestigious accolades, including the esteemed title of Goa Times Iconic Rising Chef 2021 (Desserts and Cakes) and the Economic Times F&B Leader 10 above Goa.
She honed her skills in making designer wedding cakes, Entremets’, International Breads, Asian Breads, Macarons, Viennoserie and Boulanger. Her dedication and culinary prowess were showcased when she won the second place in the esteemed Goa Chef Challenge.
