Ms. Harshita Pillay is a dedicated academic chef with over four years of
experience shaping young culinary minds. She began her teaching career with the
State Institute of Hotel Management, Orissa and later enhanced her expertise at
IHM Ahmedabad and IHM Trivandrum, where she specialized in Indian cuisine.

She completed her Master’s in Hospitality Administration from IHM Chennai,
further strengthening her academic and professional foundation.

Known for her passion and precision, she blends traditional knowledge with
modern culinary approaches, inspiring students to explore and excel in the diverse
world of Indian gastronomy. With her commitment to excellence and her flair for
