Dr. Lysette D’souza is a commerce graduate with a masters in management and holds a doctorate in experiential marketing. She is a seasoned and accomplished professional with over 20+ years of diverse experience in academia, corporate and entrepreneurship. She has rich experience in the areas of marketing management, organizational behaviour, international business and financial management. She also holds a Thomas Profiling certification. She has worked at Vedanta Ltd. (erstwhile Sesa Goa Ltd.), Goa Institute of Management, IBS, Goa University, Marian Institute of Health Care Management and National Institute of Construction Management and Research.

She has vast and rich teaching and academic administration experience at the post graduate level. She consistently fostered an atmosphere of learning, motivation, honesty, teamwork, and creativity. She has shaped young minds and nurtured future leaders through teaching and mentoring roles at reputable business schools.
She has presented papers at National and International conferences. Her papers have been published in Scopus, ABDC and UGC Care Journals.
