Eesha Newalkar holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management and is currently pursuing her masters degree in English. She has 2 years of industry experience in Food & Beverage Service having worked as a restaurant manager overseeing entire outlet operations in Kitchen and Service. Passionate about food & beverage management, Eesha is dedicated to integrating her industry experience with academic pursuits. During her undergraduate studies, she presented a dissertation on ‘Effects of social media on consumer purchase decisions in hospitality and tourism’. She is also a recipient of Excellent Academic Performance award from her batch at V.M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education.
