academic learning and practical industry exposure. She has completed her Bachelor of
Science in Hospitality Management from the V.M. Salgaocar Institute of International
Hospitality Education (affiliated with Goa University), graduating with distinction.
Her professional journey reflects a blend of international and domestic experiences. She
worked as a Management Trainee at Martinhal Lisbon Oriente and interned at the Troia
Design Hotel in Portugal, where she gained hands-on exposure to global hospitality
standards. She has also trained with St. Joseph Bakery in Goa, complementing her practical
knowledge in the bakery and culinary arts. Alongside internships, she has worked at
prestigious events, including F&B operations for the Portuguese Consulate’s dinner, Taj
Convention Center, JW Marriott Vagator Goa, and multiple college-hosted events.
Her areas of interest span Bakery, Kitchen, and Service, enriched through additional
certified courses in continental cooking, baking, finance, and wine appreciation. She has also
participated in cultural and extracurricular activities, including Bharatanatyam and exchange
programs, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to holistic development.
Awards and achievements include securing 2nd place in Table Buster – Season 3, winning
the Dance Battle at an inter-college event in 2023, and being a finalist in IIHM Young Chef
India Schools (2019–2020). She has also received a formal recommendation letter for her
internship in recognition of her professionalism and performance.
A member of Skal International, NSS, and Red Cross, Ms. Menezes brings leadership,
teamwork, and communication skills to every role she undertakes. With a growing academic
and professional background, she is committed to advancing her expertise in hospitality
while contributing to research, innovation, and service excellence in the field.
