About This Facility

The Training Kitchens are used for the courses in food production, food production operations and pastry arts as well as other food production-related workshops and training. They are equipped for bulk kitchen training, live service practices and much more. The Training Kitchen ‘Masci’ has a large area of 185 sq. mtrs. Students are trained in food production and pastry arts as per International standards.
