Graduate with 5–8 years of secretarial experience. Key responsibilities include independent handling of emails, letters, and phone calls, maintaining records, files, and confidential documents; assisting in the preparation of reports, handling independent correspondence and meetings. Liaising with reputed hotels to facilitate training and placement opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and manage all training and placement procedures, organize campus recruitment drives, internships, industrial training programs and placement sessions.
Candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and be well versed in MS-Office.
