Bio

Ms. Yoshika Brooks D’Silva designated as Assistant Professor – Rooms Division completed her Masters in Travel & Tourism Management & B.Sc. in Hotel Management & Catering Services. In 2016, she successfully completed her Hotel Operations Management Training Program (MT) at Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces. She has Industry experience of 4 years working with the Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Grand Hyatt. Overseeing and managing Guest Relations, Reception, Concierge, Bell desk, Airport Services, Operators, Cashiering etc and ensuring smooth work flow across the department was part of her job responsibility as Assistant Manager – Front Office.
