Lizzel Greta Dias is a Food Technologist and Educator with a strong background in Food Product Development, International Trade, and Novel Food Manufacturing. She holds a
Master’s degree in Food Technology and brings both academic and industry experience in developing sustainable, plant-based food products.
Her work focuses on innovative and sustainable food and beverage development, with particular interest in vegan formulations, plant-based alternatives, and functional ingredients. She has extensive experience in product research, process design, sensory analysis, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that products align with nutritional and global market standards. Her expertise in food safety, quality control, and labeling regulations underscores her commitment to excellence and consumer trust.
As a Food Technologist and International Sales Manager at Wakao Foods, she led cross functional projects combining technical development and export strategy. She contributed to global market expansion through product innovation, packaging optimization, and compliance with FSSAI and ISO standards.
Lizzel’s career represents a blend of scientific innovation, international perspective, and a passion for healthy, high-quality food solutions. She continues to foster collaboration between
