Chaitra Ashay Phaldesai is an experienced Purchase Officer with over 15 years of expertise in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control across the hospitality and education sectors. At V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education, she is responsible for the seamless procurement of food and beverage supplies, kitchen equipment, housekeeping materials, and academic resources essential to the institute’s day-to-day operations.
She is known for her strong negotiation abilities, effective cost control measures, and systematic inventory management. Her professional approach has contributed to improved operational efficiency and consistent quality standards. Chaitra holds an MBA in Operations Management and possesses working knowledge of ERP systems and SAP, making her a key support to the institute’s operational and academic environment.
