Sandeep Dayal is co- promoter and Master Destination Travel Designer of Journeymart, a boutique design travel studio which focuses on curating holidays and lifestyle services. He has vast experience in the travel industry and over three decades has served in senior positions with leading travel destination management companies in India. With his extensive background in the tourism industry, Sandeep has been able to create great partnerships with key global tour operators across the world. He has actively introduced and successfully promoted Incredible India destination across new. emerging & developed markets. Importantly, he pioneered the development of the volume driven charter segment for India and particularly to Goa. His focus has always been to drive market strategy, business development and build a wide networking base with entire spectrum of industry working closely with different associations, communities. and government bodies keeping all aspects of environment & eco friendly responsible tourism.

He has travelled to nearly 60 countries and attended most of the leading international and domestic trade events. He was nominated to be a member of the prestigious National Cultural Fund under the Union Minister of Culture and been part of many official representative delegations travelling overseas and in the country. He is a frequent panel speaker on various industry and professional forums.
Sandeep is an alumni of St Stephens College and also has attended several programs. He was given a scholarship by the Government of Israel to attend an international management program at the University of Haifa to study ‘Development of tourism in developing countries. A very special and rare citation ‘ pilgrim of Jerusalem’ was given to him by the Mayor of Jerusalem for his long and untiring efforts to build people to people ties between the countries of India & Israel.
