Sachin is a seasoned hotelier with over two decades of experience across leading global hospitality markets, bringing a deep understanding of luxury experiences and brand differentiation in dynamic urban destinations. His career spans leadership roles across India, the USA, and Europe, where he has successfully driven operational excellence, brand positioning, and guest satisfaction.

With over 16 years at Marriott International, Sachin has led large-scale openings, brand repositioning projects, and complex operations with a focus on building high-performing teams and creating meaningful guest experiences.

Prior to his current role, Sachin served as Senior Director – Operations, South Asia, where he oversaw Marriott’s portfolio across the region, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
At JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Sachin leads with a strategic, performance-driven approach—positioning the hotel as the Gateway to Mumbai and strengthening its reputation as one of the city’s preferred
luxury destinations.

His focus remains on enhancing guest experiences, nurturing talent, and driving market leadership through service excellence and brand storytelling.

An alumnus of César Ritz colleges, Switzerland, and IHM Hyderabad, Sachin finds inspiration in music, design, and travel—pursuits that reflect his appreciation for culture and creativity.
