A Postgraduate in Business Operations from The Ohio State University, USA, with a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance.

June 2006- July 2010 -Worked with the Taj Group of Hotels(Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi from. He then moved on to Leonia Holistic Destination as a Training Manager from June 2011 – May 2013

From June 2013- March 2015, he joined the Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat and Spa in the capacity of the Learning & Development Manager. Presently he is holding the position of Learning & Development Manager, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa.
