I get great pleasure in watching my adult learners develop and succeed, but my passion for teaching and mentoring extends way beyond the classroom. I am happiest while I teach and develop my students’ curriculum (diploma/degree programs), applying the latest trends and technology. To me, making this impact in my students’ lives is a great honor.

A Professor of Business for over 23 years, teaching business-related programs (Graduate/Post-Graduate level) at reputed universities and colleges in Canada, overseas and online. I am a certified adult educator, curriculum designer, and business management professor with a focus on blended learning. My skills include teaching adult students and new immigrants to navigate into Canadian business needs.

I hold an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Management and Economics. I am a business researcher, case writer, and book author. I am really grateful to my employers (University, College, and Research Organizations) who have recognized my efforts by rewarding me with the prestigious “Service Excellence Award”, “Best Employee of the Month Award” and “Outstanding Research Paper Award”. I have been invited by many teaching institutions internationally to be their Guest Speaker at Conferences, Visiting Faculty, External Examiner, Conduct Business Workshops, and as Chair and Judge for their Research paper presentations.
