Ms. Alethea Baracho is an experienced counseling professional with over eight years of expertise in adolescent counseling, academic guidance, and student engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Carmel College for Women, Nuvem Goa, having secured the 3rd Rank in Goa, and is dedicated to supporting students’ emotional, mental, and professional development.
In her role as College Counselor, Ms. Baracho provides personalized academic and career counseling, addressing students’ diverse needs through one-on-one sessions and interactive workshops on team building, time management, stress management etc.
With one year of teaching experience at Carmel HSS Nuvem, she brings valuable academic insights to her role, enhancing student engagement in both curricular and extracurricular activities.
She has also published a paper titled “ Adolescents’ Perception of Father’s Nurturance and its Relation with Self Efficacy and Academic Motivation” in The International Journal of Indian Psychology ( Volume 4, Issue 3, 2017, April June).
